MissionFound Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy continued

REFUND POLICY

Van Nostran Communications, LLC, owner of the MissionFound Pro subscription service provides the following refund policy:

1. Within 15 days of the purchase of your MissionFound Pro subscription, you may cancel your account via the contact form, under the “Contact” section, and we will refund the full amount you paid upon request.

2. No refunds are provided after the first 15 days, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for canceled accounts or accounts terminated for violating this terms of service.

3. After the initial refund period expires, Van Nostran Communications, LLC will continue to charge you on an annual basis at the initial subscription rate unless you cancel your account via the clearly-marked “Cancel” link within your MissionFound Pro account. This will happen on the same day of the subsequent year that you initially joined.

4. We will send notification on the day your credit card is charged to the email address you provide us.

This refund policy does not apply to live events or to the purchase of consulting services which are non-refundable.
